Recommended Dose:
Adults: Drink 2-3 cups per day
Pour 1L of boiling water over 2 tbsp of herbs, cover and let steep for 10-15minutes. Filter.
Each ml of Licorice contains:
Licorice dried organic root (Glycyrrhiza glabra)
Cautions:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or before taking if you are taking any kind of hormonal therapies, diuretics, potassium depleting agents, MAO inhibitors.
Do not take if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or if you have impaired kidney or liver functions, high blood pressure or heart disease or if you are a man with decreased libido.
