Use this for moderate cases of classic PCOS, specifically where androgens and blood sugar are in dysregulation.
Dosing: 1-2 tbsp bid. Best between meals. Pro tip: if symptoms are cyclical (usually peaking either near ovulation or menstruation), time the dosing of this formula to preceded and overlap symptoms. Ex: if symptoms are worst leading up to menses, begin the formula 7-10 days before flow and continue for the first few days of flow for a total of 10-14 days.
