Refund policy

V Apothecary Refund Policy

Products must be unopened with seal still intact for a complete refund and within expiry. Supplements with a factory defect from manufacturer will be accepted for exchange only. Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order and 30 days to return the item.
Any request for return must be made to by email at vapothecary@valerowellness.com. 

Shipping fee is non-refundable. All returned items are at own cost and can be shipped to:
