Orders will be processed within 48 hours of receiving Monday to Friday excluding holidays. In case of an unusual delay, you will be contacted by email. If you have not received your order confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order, please email vapothecary@valerowellness.com or call us at 226-774-3888.

We offer fixed delivery rates anywhere across Canada with Canada Post.
Canada Post provides delivery on business days only. A shipping confirmation is sent to the customer with the package tracking number. It is possible to track your package via Canada Post at www.canadapost.ca.
