These pH test strips (which are sensitive between the values of 5.6 to 8.0) are designed to be used with programs such as PASCOE's own BASENTABS to help you achieve the right acid/base balance. It comes with a small booklet of instructions which includes tables to record your values, and a chart of the ideal daily levels.
