St Francis Menstrual Tonic Tincture
St Francis Menstrual Tonic is a tincture formula that provides a woman with support for conditions that may occur throughout her menstrual cycle.

Medicinal Ingredients:
Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis, root), Rehmannia (Rehmannia glutinosa, root), Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa, root), Lady’s Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris, top), Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides, root), Wild Yam (Dioscorea villosa, root), Ginger (Zingiber officinale, root)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Distilled water, Certified Organic alcohol
Dosage:
Adults: Take 1-2 mL (30-60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner before use: if you are taking birth control pills; if you are taking blood thinners/anticoagulants; if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT); if you have family history of cancer; if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble. If menstruation is delayed or absent, or if you experience increased menstrual bleeding time, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, ultraviolet light (UV), or UV therapy. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist.
Contraindications:
Do not use: if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or are planning to conceive/become pregnant; if you have allergy/hypersensitivity to members of the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family (anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley); if you have diarrhea or haemorraghic diseases; if you have hypermenorrheoea/profuse menstrual flow/heavy periods.
Known Adverse Reactions:
Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. If you experience breast pain, discomfort, and/or tenderness, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.
